The project
Bielefeld Marketing GmbH has been selling its souvenir range and the city voucher in its own online shop for some time. KOMMERS was commissioned with the relaunch of the shop, which had previously run on a standard WordPress design.
Services
KOMMERS develops individual online shops for city marketing companies. The focus is on product presentation and a simple ordering path. As part of the shop implementation, we also optimize business processes: after the online payment, which is processed automatically via payment service providers, your customers can receive an automated order confirmation including a compliant invoice. We also automate the shipping process on request.
Focus
KOMMERS implemented a new shop design on behalf of the customer, taking the city marketing company's corporate design into account. The result is a tidy, clear shop that puts the product in focus.
Details
KOMMERS realized the modern display of various product variants as part of the design change. In addition, various new features were set up according to customer specifications, such as shipping specifications individually set down to the product level. The focus of the relaunch was also on protecting the existing order and invoice data, so that the relaunch could be carried out without disrupting day-to-day operations.
