App Development for
iOS & Android

We build mobile apps with React Native and Expo: one codebase for iOS and Android, published in the App Store and on Google Play.

Several of our apps are in daily use, from a real-time traffic app with CarPlay support to a driver app for daily delivery routes. The backend, admin tools and app maintenance come from the same team.

Store Release

we handle App Store and Google Play review and publishing

What our apps can do

Native Functions

Push notifications, camera, background location, voice output and CarPlay, depending on what your app needs

Backend Included

We build the APIs, databases and admin tools behind the app, so everything comes from one team

Subscriptions & Payments

In-app purchases, subscriptions via App Store and Google Play, card payments via Stripe

Maps & Real-Time Data

Map views, route display and live updates via WebSockets, for example for delivery or field teams

Project Example: Driver App for Schilderaufsteller

The Task

Schilderaufsteller is a German online service for temporary no-parking zones: customers order the signs in a web shop, a driver team sets them up and removes them. The drivers needed their daily routes on their phones, and the back office needed documented proof of every stop and invoicing without manual work.

The Solution

  • React Native app with daily routes and map navigation
  • Photo documentation with geotag for every stop
  • Real-time sync with the web back office via WebSockets
  • Automated invoicing through the connected billing system
  • In production since 2024, continuously extended since

We also redesigned and built the ordering shop behind it. View the project reference

Frequently Asked Questions

What does app development cost?

That depends on the scope: an app with a few screens and a simple backend costs considerably less than a platform with payments, real-time features and an admin area. After a free initial consultation you receive a fixed-price quote.

How long does it take to build an app?

A first version that can go to the stores typically takes three to six months, depending on scope. We define the milestones together before the project starts.

Why React Native instead of two native apps?

With React Native, iOS and Android share one codebase. That roughly halves development and maintenance effort. Where native functionality is needed, such as CarPlay or background location, we integrate it directly.

Do you also take over existing apps?

Yes. We review the codebase, fix the most pressing issues first and then take over maintenance and further development.

Who runs the backend?

We do, if you want. We host on AWS or Vercel, set up monitoring and backups, and remain responsible after the launch.
